I'm 100% with you. I came here just to write the same thing. This game was a slog and more of a pain than fun. I wish they would do a good remake of FF6 (3 SNES). Now THAT is a good game.
Good deal. But I REALLY did not enjoy this FF. I've played this remake, and found it to be poorly written, boring, and the characters far from engaging. Yes it's a FF so it's decent, but I personally would never go back and replay this one.

If you're scratching for a FF, and you've never played IX, that is my personal favorite. Love that one.

Haven't played the early FFs, worth trying at this price. Thanks and repped

Agreed! 3SNES is perfect.

Everything pre FFIV is kind of lame, especially compared to today's standards. 4 is when characters actually started to become interesting, story was well written, combat was more engaging, and you're given more direction. Check this out if you want a taste of the original style FF, otherwise pick up the DS remake for IV and the GBA remake for VI (III on snes)

+ for a good deal

I enjoyed the game well enough. Definitely a good way to pass time on the train to work.

This game was pretty boring. The class system is interesting, but the characters or story don't didn't push me to keep playing. Surprised it's still this expensive. It should be 5 dollars.

Do yourself a favor and just grab a R4 cartrage and throw the rom on it. No sense in purchasing DS games this late in the consoles lifespan.
