I'm surprised this isn't getting more attention. Good deal on these. You can also use a site like Swag Bucks and get like 7% back from Walmart.

i've watched the TV show from the beginning. after the final this season i had to have MORE Negan. i haven't read "comics" for 25+ years. i sat and read every issue over a 2 week period. FANTASTIC writing and BEAUTIFUL art! strongly recommend these to anybody that enjoy's the show. i lost count of how many times i said, "oh shit!" Negan in the book is now in my top 3 all-time favorite villains. i just wish the show was on HBO now so we could get the "real" Negan dialog...lol

Peeked at my Google account and I paid $11 for the compendium 1 & 2 over 2 years ago. Wouldn't expect too much excitement as they've been on sale digitally so many times as well as physical deals on both. Waiting for a deal on volume 3 since I read it as they release.
If you enjoy the show do yourself a favor and read the books and then be sad at how good it could have been.

I mean this is the cheapest the three together have ever been, so this should get some attention. But like you I got the first 2 on Google Play, so I'm hesitant. I'd like physical copies, but I can't really justify buying them.

Hmmmm... they are making the best show they possibly can (author Kirkman is an ongoing & active show/screenplay consultant).

Money is always a constraint but their budget (which has greatly expanded since the show's pilot) is always used as efficiently as possible.

I guess there will always be a small segment of fans that fail to see the 'big picture'.

I have the first two volumes and greatly enjoyed them. A lot of entertainment value here for $60 if you're into this kind of thing.

Excellent value, but I've already got 1 & 2.

I own the digitals, too.. but sitting down to read these freaking TOMES is a totally different feel.

You also really lose the excellent use of centerfold art / splits, which I noticed on my digital read-thru recently. Half of Rick's face on one screen, then the next screen, "We ARE the walking dead!" Lost the effect haha

Ugh, wish you could buy them separately at $20 or even $25 or $30 apiece. I have 1 & 2; all I need is Compendium #3. My knowledge of the source material currently maxes out at Hilltop.

OP still gets repped and a TU from me though. Even at full price the compendium volumes have always been a tremendous value compared to buying the individual comics. But this combo price on all three Compendiums is a fantastic opportunity for anyone hooked on the TV show and wants to delve deeper into Kirkman's grim world of the zombie apocalypse.
