Good deal on rtings.com HIGHEST RATED LED 1080p TV. True 120hz smart tv. If you are not ready to jump on 4k yet or just sit far enough away that it won't make a difference, this post is for you. Oh and before someone beats me to it "Only 2 hdmi, pass".

After reading their review, if this is the highest rated 1080p lcd, I'll stick with my plasma.

Too bad Panasoinc stopped making plasmas in March of 2014. Some people don't have a choice at this time. Coming from 2 panasoinc plasmas, the picture quality on this set is very good no motion blur. The main thing is the off angle viewing. There are higher rated 4K LED sets that will are rated up there with your plasma set. You just have to sped more Tha $600.

Good for you. Perhaps you haven't considered the possibility that you are not in the market for a new TV, but others might be?

I bought the $350 refurb from Walmart. Wonder spec wise how much better this one is. If I were to get this one is sell the GCs to curb the cost. Also do they tax everyone?

Don't be that guy that still has a 1970s stereo that he swears sounds better than anything today

Plasmas were better a few years ago, the difference is negligible now
