So any other big issues with this model other than the panel lottery of Samsung or other brands? Getting closer to $3k for a 75" makes this an enticing deal for me!

Having seen the SUHD and the UHD TVs right next to each other, especially at this size, makes me wanna wait for the prices to drop down even more. Then I'll replace the 70" M series Vizio I got for only $1600 almost a year ago. Hopefully the OLED big screens will drop down considerably in a year or two.

4k on 75" really is way to go.

only get this if you only watch in bright environments, the light bleed on anything less than FALD makes HDR just obsolete. 1000+ nit brightness on a edge lit TV is the worst thing you could spend your money on. Either LCD=FALD or wait for OLED.

(this tv is around 400 nit but the problem is the same). Whatever you actually are able to watch with high brightness in a dark room, you will regret the purchase.

I must be missing something.... a basic search shows the going price is below $2500, e.g. http://www.niceelectronics.com/pr...ml?id=2693. What makes this a good deal?

I've been waiting patiently for a deal on a 75" 4k but I'll pass. I firmly believe we'll see 75" 4k pricing around the $2k by BF this year.

Currently on the 65" Vizio m series ($950 from BF 2 years ago) and it does the job but 75" is really my 'dream' size for my living room.

see if you really get it at that price, a lot of those places are bait and switch.

agree. I've tried buying an 80" LG from that site and they're completely full of crap

What was your experience? Ive always wondered how these type of sites work. do they just try and take your money and then you have to deal with your cc company to get refunded or do they bs you by telling/assuring you it'll ship "when it comes back in stock" (or something similar) as you wait and wait until you contact your cc company. Or something else?

they don't take your money they call you the next couple days first say you need to upgrade shipping time or it'll take 2-3 months then after that call you again and say you bought a Asian model and need to upgrade to a American one I decline shipping and canceled after they called with the Asian model from joesav.com

Why is the jump from 70" to 75" so much more expensive?
