Nuance Dragon Natrually Speaking Premier - 70.00 rebate turned down?????

I just received an email that my rebate was turned down.

Item was purchased 5-8-16 from Frys.com. Rebate dates 4-3-16 through 6-11-16.

Rebate company received the rebate but turned me down claiming 'Invalid Retailer'.

I've attached Frys ad with software listed for May 8th.

I also received the rebate link on my invoice.

Any idea why I was turned down. Rebate Center is closed until Monday.

I notice it states rebate only valid at Frys Electronics. I purchased online. Are they saying if I purchased online at Frys, I'm not eligible? Isn't Frys.com still Frys Electronics? I don't see where they say rebate good for in-store only and since Frys included rebate link on my invoice...

ETA: I called Frys and got lucky. My call went directly to corporate in San Jose for some reason. I was just calling to see if they knew why it would be denied. The guy that answered was very nice and right away said he'd put in for a credit for $70.00. I was floored. I just had to forward my denial email. That was too easy. While I had him on the phone, I told him we need a store in SC. He said he gets that a lot.

The same just happened to me. I got the email this morning with denial. I called 4myrebate but no live agent to answer.

I purchased the other Nuance Dragon Natrually Speaking Home 13 ($35 rebate)

Will email them with screenshots and whatever else. I am on the phone with Frys - will report the outcome

What did Frys tell you? I also purchased the Home 13 version so I guess I'll get another denial email for that too. I think they are denying us because we didn't purchase in the store but they weren't specific with that info. If that is what they meant, then Frys was unaware also because they sent out the rebate links with the invoices and Frys ads advertise the rebates. No where in Frys ads do they say rebate for in-store only.

I will call the rebate company on Monday. I don't think under the circumstances they can deny our rebates claiming wrong retailer. If so, that is very shady.

Frys asked me to forward them the email. I did it twice and nothing yet. Yesterday, I called the rebate company and got it approved (they couldn't tell me why they denied it but it is all taken care of now).

Thanks for reporting back. I did the same....forwarded my denial email to them. I just received an email from Nuance that rebate has been approved. Thank goodness. $70 isn't chump change. And hopefully now my other Nuance rebate will be approved also.
