He probably means the small bags at the checkout
Just finished a box of these and they were all too short for a tall kitchen can. They used to fit perfectly with the red ties. Now they have black ties even though they showed red on the box. Don't know if it was a fluke or a new design but they are horrible enough that I'll never buy them again. No, the measurements in the box don't show a change in size but they never stayed on the can. Just my two cents...
These used to be the best bags on the market but the quality has dropped dramatically over the past year or so since they changed their design to use less plastic. They aren't nearly as strong as they used to be; this might not be an issue for some people but my trash often has heavy stuff like cat litter in it so it is a problem for me. The Hefty Ultimate Flex are better if you actually need a strong trash bag.

Just my $.02

Good catch! Although I prefer the 'odor shield' types and don't really need the extra-tough bags, this is a full 10% lower than my "threshold" for kitchen bag prices. I know we are getting somewhat low; but the 130 bags we bought last time have lasted well over a year! We are on a one real bag, one cheapie bag per week schedule generally and that one box of 'real' bags has been under the sink for a LONG time!!!laugh out loud

+1 My sentiments exactly. I first purchased the Members Mark bags last year for $13 when they were only a 180ct. Not only are they just as durable as the Glad Force Flex bags, but I also noticed that the bags are slightly longer as well. The Glad Force Flex bags don't reach the bottom of my 13 gallon trash can which leads me to believe that the Glad bags are measured in their outstretched capacity. This is still a good price on the Glad bags, but I honestly believe the Members Mark bags in the 200ct offering are a much better value.
