Not receiving email alerts

I stopped receiving email deal alerts around 7 this morning. Is this a sitewide problem? Is anyone else experiencing this?

I checked to see if the alerts hadn't gotten turned off accidentally; they weren't. I checked to see if GMail was filtering them to spam; it isn't. I am still getting mobile alerts. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks.

EDIT: Mobile alerts are also not working now. I created a new alert for any deal to test it out; it's not producing any notification on email or mobile.

My deal alert has been dead since 7am EST today. I Checked on them from spam and even renewed them. Still got nothing.

Need help....

Can you please set up some sort of self monitoring for this? Every time this breaks it takes at least 12 hours for the whole thing to come back again. Someone has to verify, create a thread, get your attention,.. you get my point.

We've added checks for this, left those out on the new servers :p

I reactivated my alerts earlier today for both email and mobile and too have not been receiving anything. I've tried updating my email address (with same of course) and a few different alerts. The alerts show there are results when running the search on the site, but nothing coming in email or mobile Frown.

have you, at any time ever spammed or unsubscribed? if you do, we deactivate your email from receiving any future alerts.

Yes, I think I have before because of mass emails I wasn't properly controlling. Is it possible for you to override the setting? I promise it won't happen again Smilie. Sorry for the inconvenience.
