Adorama seems to have added free shipping to this monitor now and no tax for most places makes it a great slick deal I think. This monitor also can pivot vertically which the Best Buy and BH Photo ones apparently can't. $398 to your door.

In case anyone hasn't thought about this: Windows scaling is still not perfect. If you are doing a lot of productivity work, you will probably be better of with WQHD at 2560x1440 at 27 inches. That is what I am using, and native scaling in windows is perfect, perhaps a bit small. At 4k, you would have to sit uncomfortably close to the screen to use native resolution. Scalled text often looks blurry. The chrome browser and OSx both do a nice job with scaling, but native is still preferable on windows.

Some people want to just scale up by 200% but that seems silly. Why pay for a 4k monitor then use 4 pixels for one and pay for 4k and the hardware to drive it?
Overall, do some research before you go 4k. If you wait until scaling is better, or graphics cards catch up a bit, 4k monitors are only going to get cheaper.

Your not gonna find a 4K 120 Hz monitor anywhere near this price range.
$750 on Newegg, $669 on Amazon, so no.

It's on backorder, and will be more difficult to return if you get one with dead pixels or any other kind of problem. Definitely a nicer stand and a little bit cheaper with no tax though, so good deal.

And yet, gamer nerdz are only one little niche among all the potential customers. I have no interest in 120 Hz.

This is a fairly new release, so actually it might be likely to go down in price in a few months. That said, maybe they are having promos because there are little reviews out?

I decided to pick it up anyways because it's a great deal and I need a monitor soon.
