That would be a great deal! But I am a little worried that the manufacturer specs do not explicitly state HDMI 2.0.

Just spent $120 on a GTX-950 specifically for 4K TV. Thinking about return it for this instead.

Cool. I have had this ITX board for a couple of months and it's been goin good. USB type C and USB 3.1 with this chipset is great. i5 6600k OC 4.5ghz. 16gig 3200 ddr4. Samsung 950 EVO attached on the back of the motherboard. I have this in a Phanteks Enthoo Evolv Mini ITX case. Has room for a full length graphics card but I'm waiting to get one.

nice board. ended up buying it but changed my mind at the last minute for the MSI H170i itx board because i really didn't need a z170 chipset for a plex server. Otherwise in my 2 days of owning it laugh out loud it looked like a really solid built board. I remember reading several reviews and they all had nothing but good things to say about this board.

It does have hdmi 2.0 but doesn't state if it's HDCP 2.2 compliant.

This motherboard has the Megachip (MDCP2880) which translates DP1.2a output to HDMI 2.0 with HDCP 2.2

Ok, I am going to pull the trigger. I believe that this is the only ITX board with both HDMI 2.0 and WIFI in the market as of now.

But do I dare build a ITX system with a 280 radiator sitting waiting for the next project... time to see what I can fit the sucker into chances are not much.
