Note the lack of the grounding plug. I know this cord will still be useful to some folks but I bet a majority of folks running a long outdoor extension cord will need the third plug and this will not work for you.

You need a ground wire for outdoor use or near wet environments to trip the GFCI breaker for safety reasons.

Ha, so really this would be closer to $12 for a useful 16/3 and the only $12 16/3 is 50ft.

Not too many uses for this cord, and keep in mind, a max of 10A, so don't go hook up a vacuum while running a space heater.
