Fakespot says "(71.5% low quality reviews detected)"

Edit: if we are into random quality flashlights, a quick search reveals this:

Looks like it could be an okay deal for a C8 Chinese clone. This one comes up all the time on SD: http://www.amazon.com/ThorFire-Fl...B01A83P562 for a bit cheaper, but without a battery and charger.

If you want a really bright Chinese torch and don't have a battery or charger than this is for you. If you have a battery and charger already there are cheaper ways to get a C8/any torch with a XML2 clone! Wink

got that thorfire (for around 15 bucks from a slick deal I think?) It brighter than my $75 fenix pd35 and feels pretty well built, would get this one if I knew it would perform as good as the thorfire

My mom always needs the flashlight for use, and I have been looking for an ideal one which for quick flashes for a long time. I do not found any discount on this item since the normal price on other sites is about $20.

Super bright and sturdy! Great for camping. Battery and charger work perfectly and charge seems to last me a very long time.

yes, this was the product on a cheap stuff for reviews website. I got one for cheap and it actually is a nice light. the pros are the included battery which actually tests out at a full 2600 mAh, the charger is included. the tail switch has memory and it doesn't randomly change modes, easily moddable, nice beam throw. put it against my nite core 1000 lumen (65bucks) and the brightness is close. the only odd thing is the Cree emitter is on a round mount, I'm used to seeing crees mounted on stars and this mounting seems slightly thinner, which makes it not as good as a heatsink. considering the included battery and all else, I'd say a good deal

why even bother looking up fakespot, when these people are actively helping us by bringing their fakery right here to this thread.

Well, that explains why 305 of the 638 reviews are not Verified Purchase. That's approaching 50% shill reviews.

It also explains why the two posts before yours, and one after, are such obvious shill posts.

And, sorry to say it, but if the dictionary [dictionary.com] is accurate (definition 2), your post can probably be lumped in with the others as well.

Thumb down from me. I don't appreciate companies and shills that try to dupe me into buying a product by influencing reviews, and I especially don't appreciate when shills use SlickDeals to try to dupe the community.

well I pride myself on being honest. I have no stake in whether or not people buy this light. I offered both pros and cons and strive to be as objective as possible. slick deals has provided me with tons of deals and even more great information, I was just trying to be helpful and repay the favor. I've paid more for crappy lights from the extreme deal Asian website and thought this was a good, not great deal

flashlight received today, uses nonstandard charger you have to remove the battery to charge for, not Micro USB as I had wished....
