Help finding free phone plan?

jms209 165 18 May 26, 2016 at 12:58 PM
I know that RingPlus Free has:
125 Minutes
50 SMS
15 MB LTE Data

Looks good other than SMS limit, don't call more than 20 minutes a month. Data is not needed.

Any other "free" phone plans that are decent.
Even 50 minutes and 100 text is good enough for me.

I just need one for someone to call for job interviews and other stuff like that.

Don't you need to buy one of their phones?
Rather keep my perfectly working phone.
It's Unlocked so should be usable.

I don't know what it is.
You just enter your email, address.
It should ask for your CC. Then hit buy.
This is a SIM. Not a phone.

Remember to get the SIM with a phone and messaging plan. There is a data SIM only.

Here 2 diff SIM:

Don't go with the bare minimum of what you"need". Your needs will change and you will have to change your plan again. Presently, for about $35, you can get the Surfing 1.0 Plan of 5000min/5000text/5000MB/200MMS. I'm a believer of pay once and use (almost) forever.

I've been reading and see reports that BYOD doesn't work with some phones?
Will they even let me have service on my M4 Aqua?

My IMEI does not work or can't be found on ringplus.
FreedomPop gives me an error.
I thought I could just use any phone and be set?

Any phones will not do on Freedompop and RingPlus. I don't know if there is a truly free plan available anywhere. You got to at least buy a supporting phone first. Check Craigslist or garage sale and buy cheapest old sprint phone and activate on Ringplus TF3. I think it's the cheapest way to get some talk time.
