yup. bullets and insults too.
Bought this tent last year from Sears. For the price it's definitely worth it. Used it twice and had no issues. It didn't rain when I used it. It slept two adults comfortably with a queen size air mattress. Three adults might be tight.

Is it too heavy as a backpacking tent?

5 lbs is a standard 2-4 person backpacking tent weight. E.g. REI's half dome 2+ weights 5 lbs.

5 lb is too heavy to lug around on a backpacking trip. This one with 2.6 lb could be ideal.

Is there any kind of warranty? Or way to get replacement poles?

never bothered to check . I'm sure you can find generic replacements, they're probably better then factory. might not be worth the added expense either
