Also as soon as AMZ loss their sales tax advantage in states where they operated warehouses, Amazon loss a lot of their pricing advantage.

Even factoring time, travel expenses & in some cases club fees, the reality for consumer is that the B&M have even the playing field in many cases with AMZ and that a B&M that has a good on-line supply chain can even beat Amazon in many cases.

But again, the tax advantage was a big difference maker for Amazon.
