Denon reciever AVR-X4200W is available at Frys for $897 with daily coupon code. This is one of the top rated receiver that I have been waiting for. Good through 06/04/2016.

The promo code email states that it is for in-store only, however, I was just now able to place an order for shipping even though I don't have a Fry's store near me.

Absolutely love my 4100. Got that on sale and wouldn't hesitate to buy a 4200 if I needed another.

Denon app is great too for controlling volume, inputs, etc. That was an unexpected bonus for me.

The fact that this has Audyssey MultEQ XT32 makes it one of the best bang for the buck. And it also has the DTS-X update ready. It's a pretty awesome receiver.

I'm getting an invalid payment with two different cards. Then it says the product is out of stock. Anyone know of another retailer with this price? How about a sweet deal on the predecessor, the AVR-X4100W? I don't think much was added/improved with the 4200.

I got one from the last sale, works great with my Nvidia Shield and 4K tv. DTS Neural:X is very good at up-mixing 2.0 channel to anything higher even without height speakers! Definitely check it out if you are in the market for a good receiver! Audyssey XT32 is a very nice bonus on top of it all!

Turns out my card companies were declining the purchase. I fixed it and tried again. The deal went through. I can't wait to receive it!

Same here. I was frustrated and then I read your message. I logged into my CC account and had to confirm the "fraudulent activity". I know that Fry's have always had bad reputation but I thought they have gotten much better and therefore CC banks should have "whitelisted" them by now. Apparently not!!

Bottom line, I was able to place an order and can't wait to get it in 3-5 days. Thanks again for your update above without that I would have given up thinking that the product went out of stock.

Surprisingly I had the same problem as well. Thankfully I received an automated call from my card company for fraud alert where I informed them that I was the one trying to use the card. The next try to use the same card finally worked for me.

One of the key things added was HDCP 2.2 for 4K video, and DTS:X. But if those are not important to you, Fry's sells the 4100 for $799 everyday. Personally, I'd pay $98 to get the current model so it will handle the 4K video when I am ready for it.

This is a sweet receiver. Has everything I was looking for. Love the 8 inputs, 3 outputs one of which allows for a different video source.

I'd say only if you need the 4K passthough.
