Newest Version of Thunderbird Mail Reader - How to show forwarded emails

Hi

Been using Thunderbird email reader for several years, no issues.

But latest automatic update is driving me crazy. Anyone know how to undo it or change the settings? The issue:

I use a university email address. I have the university forward my email to which ever ISP I happen to be using currently. That way I can use the same email no matter which ISP I change to.

Worked fine on Thunderbird until this release. Now, the "From" address is the university! So now my inbox says all my incoming mail is from.... me!

The Subject line text has been appended with "[originally from]: user@email.com". Helpful, but very annoying to have to use that to determine who the mail is actually from...

Help!!

That could be a change on the university's servers or your isp's and not something in thunderbird itself. it's hard to be sure.

Thanks and repped.

You may be right in that it probably was not Thunderbird... a few days ago, everything reverted to normal.
