There's no special URL for the sale; just use the coupon code. I had entered the above link in the URL box, but I guess I'm doing it wrong. Sorry about that.

Garage sale is on Saturday... Much better prices than outlet. Sadly I can't attend.

I'll chime in......at least for me, I never found any "slickdeals", but lots of stuff is significantly marked down from the original price. I have just about all the camping gear I need, so unless it's a major deal I don't buy it. Besides that every store is different in their selections available for the garage sale so the only way to know is show up early and hope for the bestSmilie

Depends on what you are looking for, but they frequently have items on sale for large discounts that normally don't go on sale. For example, you might get an Arc'teryx jacket for 50% off, which you normally won't see online.

The best. It depends on the store but get there an hour or so early. I've picked up new gear at 80% off. My biggest was a #270 backpack for $25. Some stuff will be broken but easily repaired or covered under warranty from the maker (ie hiking boots, roof racks).

No, the deals are terrible, don't go ... just kidding, if you get towards the front of the line and know what to look for, there are some fantastic deals to be had. Just be sure to check everything carefully. I picked up a $300 down sleeping bag because of a small tear of seam (10 stitches) for $50 bucks. Also if you find something you like but think the discount is not fair, talk to one of the staff members with a pen, they can mark down further.

I found a go pro hero 4 silver for $12 in January. As others have said though, it's over priced gear for cheaper than outlet prices, but not really cheaper than Craigslist. Items cannot be returned so it is the same risk as buying from a stranger.
