Just a note, the first two are for the same item. There was no day one edition. And the day one edition even says "standard" in the details where it says edition. Either way, it's not bad of a deal for the expansion.

PC will probably always be best for any type of MMO, however they did a great job with the console version on PS4. It supports mouse/keyboard mode, and the way they designed the gameplay if you choose to use a controller works quite well. I know a few people who play with a controller on the PC version.

I would really love to play this game again but I am over paying $15 a month for any MMO when I've barely ever stuck with any other than WoW for more than two or three weeks at a time. Real enjoyable game and very playable on PS4 I just don't want to do the sub at that price.

Personally, I like it much better on console to not have to worry about graphic settings or any programs to interrupt the game. I've played on both ps4 and PC. I felt the controller was a lot better. Though, I seem to always prefer a controller with third person game due to the sticks.

Well, the last thing we need is to make this thread about the subscription fee instead of the actual deal, which happens every time this game shows up on SD. That being said, the fee starts at $13, not $15. Personally, I sub for like 1 or two months out of the year. In your case, I would recommend just waiting for new major updates. They tend to have a free week afterwards, which is enough to complete the update. That's how I ended up caught up after not subscribing for a whole year. I only subscribed the month just to do the expansion.

I've played the game since the relaunch of A Realm Reborn nonstop. If you enjoy MMORPGS, this is for you. Hands down best on the market. If you are not a fan of the genre, it may still provide hours of enjoyment just playing through the story mode. You'll still get your money out of it. You can also do like others said and just resubscribe for major updates and then turn it off again when you clear the content you want. In the grand scheme of costs, it costs you a lot more to buy a newly launched game once a month than it costs to play this game and you'll get more hours of enjoyment out of it.
