Every Walmart that I've gone to with these ads in the app, they won't honor the price because it's a "rollback", and there is never the option to buy in app and do store pick up...

Will it be good for vacuuming cars?

Even though these are stainless you need to remember to keep them dry in between uses as a wet vac. They will rust.

Don't use the app, they told me the other day that they'll match it if you can add it to your cart, I just used chrome on my phone.

We once had an old upright vacuum cleaner that used a thick paper (similar to a mailing padded envelope made of multiple 'layers of paper') bag.

I got very tired of buying the expensive brand-specific bags. One day, I just happened to think of a possible way to reuse these bags: using a box cutter, I simply cut open the top 'end' of the bag - straight across & emptied the bag as best as I possibly I could (since it was made from paper, I balked at washing it out).

I then just folded over the very top of the bag a couple of times & used about 7 or 8 heavy staples to close the bag. This shortened the bag by about 1 inch, BTW.

I reused this same bag using this method about 14-15 more times until there was nothing left to staple to. There was probably a better way to close the bag other than using staples (binder clips, maybe), but I just used what I had at the time.

Anyway, not sure if this old story will help anyone but there you have it. :-)

PS: The only reason we stopped using this old 'bag vacuum' was because it was accidentally dropped down a flight of steep stairs and broke the motor housing, which was a safety hazard. We replaced it w/a bagless, of course. :-)

it's still a shop vac, using the bags are optional.

I personally haven't ever used a bag in a shop vac, just the foam filter with the paper cover to filter the dust or without either for water.
Also you can buy bags for the shop vac brand as well, they're just accessories.

I could be wrong but I don't think you have to use the bags it just keeps the filter cleaner. I wasn't using a bag on mine but started because the filter was getting very dirty and losing suction.
