This is kinda old hardware and back from 2011. sometimes the newer refurb shows up for around$450. This would be a different story if it was the 2012 i7 one.

Actually, this is a desirable year and not too different from the 2012's. The 2011's can be upgraded to 2 internal drives and the RAM is also up-gradable unlike the 2014's. And it has an i5 and not the Core 2 Duo.

The inclusion of a wired keyboard and mouse (assuming they are apple products) make this a good deal.

This is the mac mini to get, not the current one. This one has replaceable hard drive space and RAM.

if you need a Mac for development, this thing is a solid choice. you can change things out here, unlike the new ones.

Not bad considering this will be near the lowest entry point for Mac OS (non hackintosh). Also could be a decent HTPC, especially with upgrades.

But OP please add refurb to title.
