Best price I've seen so far. Some highlights of this phone:

1. Touch-enabled physical keyboard (the physical keyboard acts like a trackpad which can be used to scroll through web pages, select predictive words, fine edit text, and take advantage of gestures like swipe down to bring up special characters and swipe left to delete the last word).
2. Many features borrowed from BB10 including the virtual keyboard, Hub, Calendar, and Contacts.
3. DTEK privacy/security app.
4. Faster security updates [blackberry.com].
5. Pop-up widgets.
6. Productivity tab.
7. Keyboard shortcuts.

It's Android.
Keyboard is not as good as Passport (negative only if you are a blackberry user)
Bootloader is locked so no custom roms on this one
Possibly no warranty from AT&T or Blackberry

Apart from these, I don't see any negatives in terms of the specs or device itself, there are few complaints about front facing camera quality and the keyboard being cramped, but most of the negatives are if you are coming from an original blackberry where this one will fall way too short in terms of productivity (for example, there is still no true Hub, you get notified of text messages, but you cannot reply directly from hub like you can in BB10) As an android device, it's a great price since there is no alternative with a keyboard.

If you like keyboards, this phone is awesome. Sad to see it doing so poorly that it's already this cheap. Looks like it'll be the last keyboard phone worth buying.

$300 unlocked non-ATT from BlackBerry and I'm buying. usually BlackBerry puts out a decent sale around black Friday.

I am a big fan of the Passport Silver Ed. but I don't like the Priv's keyboard sadly. This price is awesome for this great phone.

Occasionally bogs down, can get unusually warm under heavy load, the Hub is not as good as the BB10 version, no BlackBerry Blend yet, the physical keyboard is not their best, the front camera is low quality.

It's only this cheap during a special deal which the average user is not going to know about or wait for. It baffles me that it's still going for $720 at Verizon. The price directly from carriers needs to come down to $400. I don't know what the hell they're waiting for.

Some people have reported that it can work on Verizon but I personally wouldn't risk it. More info in this article:

They've already confirmed the Rome which will have a Bold-like design with a curved edge screen and fingerprint reader on the physical space bar. I'm sure that one will also be worth buying. Smilie More info and photos here:
