I think this is a decent deal. I need some new computers at my office, and my xray sensors don't work with windows 10. What's everyone think?

This is an excellent deal for a small business (where Win 10 Pro is a big plus) or a non-power user. Not too long ago, you could only get an i3-based desktop at this price, and with only Windows Home.

Dell Small Business offers offers the Dell Vostro 3900 Intel Core i5-4460 Quad-core Business Desktop Computer with pre-installed Windows 7 Professional for a low for low $329.00 after BOTH coupon code: "379VOSTRO" and "VOSTRODEAL" plus FREE shipping. Tax in most states. You have to apply both the coupon codes one after another to get the price.

This Laptop can be updated easily with Graphics card, more Ram, 2.5" SSD, WiFi Cards etc. Also Core i5-4460 is more powerful than even the Skylake based Core i5-6400 and you won't find any new computer coming with this kind of powerful processor. Most of the deals are with either Haswell or Skylake based dual core Core i3.

Sweet deal for brand new. However, no wireless card so that'll cost ~$20 to add.

The TS140 had a slightly better CPU Windows 10 Pro is not worth $100+, to most people.

http://slickdeals.net/newsearch.php?src=SearchBarV2&q=TS140+Xeon+E3-1225&searcharea=deals&searchin=first

That deal is 2+ years old.

Build from scratch with a Skylake 6500 and up and use a spare key from any windows 7 or 8 computer.

For example:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor [pcpartpicker.com] ($194.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: MSI H110M Pro-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard [pcpartpicker.com] ($47.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory [pcpartpicker.com] ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Hitachi Ultrastar 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive [pcpartpicker.com] ($59.00 @ Amazon)
Case: Raidmax ATX-404WU ATX Mid Tower Case [pcpartpicker.com] ($19.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: FSP Group Berzerker 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply [pcpartpicker.com] ($35.91 @ Newegg)
Total: $407.86
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

If gaming pop in a RX 480 or similarly priced GPU at release, for an amazing $600 build.
I would also add an 250GB $50 SSD boot drive.
