The cast iron and the Kenmore skillet have been on clearance since January or so; they've been oos here for months now.

I have a full set of that Kenmore stainless cookware. It is awesome stuff...will last a lifetime with proper use and care. Solid, sturdy, dependable, with a nice weight to it. Sure, it's not one of the super expensive brands like All Clad, but it is a great alternative at a fraction of the price, and it is FAR superior to the Essential Home crap sears and Kmart sell. I think they have clearanced out the whole line...if you can find any other pieces, grab them while you can. I know there were also 8" and 12" skillets, as well as 12qt and 16qt stock pots available as open stock pieces at one point, as well as a (12 or 14? can't remember exactly now) piece set.

It's cast iron, so it's almost impossible for a manufacturer to screw it up. Just make you season the hell out of it when you first get it and it should be fine.

Btw, that's a great price on a 12" skillet.

Heads up if you happen to live in Central Wisconsin. The Sears is closing in Wausau, so it may be dirt cheap!

appears to be very limited supply in very limited locations... also out of stock for shipping... so.. it is limited to store stock. on hand.. not a deal if it is not accessible for most folks. prices appear to be great.. but they may as well he free.. since they are not available.
