Stupid question maybe, but why put a Tearpad out in a state that isn't on the list of where's it valid? (If I recall you are not in one of those particular listed states.)
I once found a beer rebate from a tear pad on a stand-alone display at my local Kroger and mailed it in (I live in no beer purchase required state). A few weeks later I got a rejection letter stating that the rebate was not valid at my state. So I looked at my files and sure enough, my state was not listed. It was my oversight but why would you put a rebate display at a state it was not valid at? I do beer rebates all the time and never had a problem - always assumed if I found it in my state it would be valid in my state. Needless to say I'm a lot more careful about reading the fine prints after that.
I have 8 wine tags for 5 buck rebate on any meat or seafood -mondavi- its only valid in alabama, maine, missouri, north carolina, virginia and west virginia. I am in georgia....why was this in my kroger..........awwwwwww
