Some good features / specs:
Laptop and Tablet in one machine
Touch Screen Full HD (1080p)
Looks nice and very sturdy build
Easy to replace HDD with SDD
1x USB Type-C
3x USB 3.0
Bluetooth4.0 + Wireless AC
SD Card Reader
Intel HD 520 Integrated graphics, still good but nothing to write home about.
Equipped with a slow 5400RPM HDD and to use the power the machine has, you need to upgrade to SDD which should be fairly easy to install but you must purchase it separately.
I'm struggling to find anything else that's bad at this price.

Best Buy: ASUS 5214900
I was in the store looking for a laptop when the sales guy looked up available units that currently have the student discount. He didn't have any floor models of this Q504 SKU so I wasn't able to physically see it but the other floor model ASUS 2-in-1's were very similar in style and build (same body) only this Q504 was the "new" silver one. My store had 2 open box ASUS Q553U's on sale for $820 (orig. $999.99) which is what I purchased. I would have liked to save the cash on this Q504 model but I really wanted to have a physical DVD optical drive, which is becoming harder and harder to find.
In either case, the Q504 is a nice little computer that will work for most standard tasks, and it can be used as a tablet with touch screen which is really nice. Many "App" style games will work just fine on this, just don't expect to run new games at max settings, you will be dissapointed. At this price point I wouldn't personally expect much gaming potential anyway. I like this series because it is versatile, fast enough, has DDR4 ram, its built very well and its got a nice clean look about it. You can also easily upgrade the HDD to a SSD by removing the 10 or so T5 screws from the bottom, the cover will come right off.
