I saw the Night Owl 960H Video Security system on clearance for $99.00 at my local Walmart in Phoenix. Was originally priced at $269.00. B&M at Walmart only, YMMV


One store in my area showed it $50 but $99 is more common.

1TB HDD is around $60, so the 8 ch + 4 camera kits is about $40

These are not POE, however you only have to power the cameras at a single point and then it splits to each camera. You don't have to have a separate power adapter at each camera. I have added a photo to the post for your reference.

These are analog cameras. Obviously you can't get into an NVR/PoE/IP camera system for $99, but the camera quality of these older analog systems really leave something to be desired.
