I got 10% bonus FoodPerks after watching the whole video. You can also refer friends for extra bonus.

Must have your advantage card number to register.

http://www.get-go.com/Article.aspx?cntid=197275

foodperks!™ Promotional Terms & Conditions
A Giant Eagle Advantage Card® is required to participate. Limit one foodperks!™ discount reward per household. Households that have previously received a foodperks!™ reward are ineligible for additional foodperks!™ discount rewards. Tell-a-Friend rewards are applied to your Giant Eagle Advantage Card® when your referred Friend visits foodperks.com and watches the foodperks!™ video to completion. Tell-a-Friend rewards are based on availability and are subject to change. Giant Eagle® reserves the right to discontinue the reward and this promotion at any time. foodperks!™ rewards will expire three months after the last day of the month in which they’re earned. Limit one foodperks!™ coffee reward per household. Rewards for a free 12 oz. cup of GetGo® coffee expire 14 days from the date loaded on to the Giant Eagle Advantage Card® and is redeemable only at participating GetGo® locations. foodperks!™ discounts are redeemable at participating Giant Eagle®, Market District® and Giant Eagle Express® stores only. foodperks!™ discounts are applied to net purchases after all other discounts (coupons, Giant Eagle Advantage Card® discounts, etc.). Rewards have no cash value.

foodperks!™ is a program much like fuelperks!®, except it allows you to earn discounts on grocery purchases at Giant Eagle® by pumping gas at GetGo®. For every 10 gallons of fuel you pump, you earn a 1% discount on a future visit to Giant Eagle®!
All pumped gallons qualify toward foodperks!™ discounts, including gallons you pump with your fuelperks!® discounts.

In fact, by combining your foodperks!™ and fuelperks!® discounts, you can maximize your savings on both fuel and food.

Every ounce of fuel you pump counts. When you pump fuel in an amount less than 10 gallons, this amount is counted toward discounts earned the next time you pump fuel. If you pump more than 10 gallons, but fewer than 20, you will immediately earn your 1% discount, and the balance will be held over toward your next fill-up.

We keep track for you. Like fuelperks!®, you can find how much of a foodperks!™ discount you’ve earned and how many gallons you have pumped toward your next discount on your participating Giant Eagle® or GetGo® receipt.

Your discounts expire three months after the last day of the month in which they are earned (for example, discounts earned in February 2010 expire on May 31, 2010). Your receipt tells you if any of your discounts expire at the end of the current month.

When you check out at Giant Eagle®, Giant Eagle Express® or Market District®, you’ll be asked if you want to use your foodperks!™ or save them for a future visit. If you choose to use your foodperks!™, your discount will be calculated after all other reductions (coupons, Giant Eagle Advantage Card® discounts, etc.) are made.

Your maximum redeemable discount is 20%. Discounts may only be redeemed on any single transaction totaling no more than $300 in qualified items after coupons and Giant Eagle Advantage Card® discounts are applied. Any remaining percentage in excess of 20% may be used on a future shopping trip. The larger your shopping order, the more you save. foodperks!™ discounts cannot be applied toward the purchase of gift cards.

You cannot transfer foodperks!™ discounts to another Giant Eagle Advantage Card® account.

If you have any other questions about foodperks!™, please read the Official Rules and Regulations or call 1-800-553-2324.

I havent shopped Giant eagle in over a year, stopped looking at their ads and everything. However, last weeks' betty crocker potatoes, baby food, and franks red hot sauce made me take a trip there. I figured I would pick up a few items I needed, but when I got there... OMG I remembered how expensive they are without sales/coupons. Stopped by Aldi's on my way home to get my extra things. Might do the betty crocker fruit snacks and maybe the jello. But not sure if it's worth it really. Anyone else have anything that looks half way good?
Sure.

Band-aids are on sale for $1.25 - $1.49. Use the .50/1 coupon and pick them up for a 25-49 cents/box.

Dole fruit jars are $2.50, making them $1 with the .75/1 IP.

Kool-aid packets are 20 for $2.50. Buy 21 for $2.63 and get a $2 cat (makes em about 3 cents/pack)

Snuggle dryer sheets are .99 when you use the .50/1 coupon.

Progresso soups are something like 60 cents/can after $1/4 q, but only through tomorrow.

Flintstone vitamins on sale for 4.99. Use $1.50 store coupon and $1 man q and get them for $2.49

I just picked up a couple of the bogo roast and will mail in for the $10 Corona no beer purchase necessary rebate. I don't eat a lot of meat, but 2 $14 roasts for $4 after the rebate works for me. They had some $11 ones, so I could have gone cheapie, but if I entertain the $14 ones will actually feed everyone. Smilie

I saw peelies on Corona cardboard boxes in the cooler, but not sure if they have the no beer purchase required clause or not. Dontknow

I used to have a vet that would write scrips for Amoxi, but I don't currently have a "barn kitty" scrip. laugh out loud The $1 is a good deal on transfers and I think they're advertising it through the end of the year.

I prefer real potatoes, but I'll admit to picking up 12 boxes last week on that deal too!

GE's prices are inflated, but I think they want to get more agressive with sales. I've been doing those advisory surveys for a year or more and many of the choices, such as the $1 and 4 day weekend sales seem to be happening, so maybe we'll see great sales for holiday baking.

Remember when we were able to get tons of free chocolate chips, vanilla, sugar, etc....? If it happened last year, I missed it.

The Reach cat deal roped me in a few weeks back for the first time in a year. I used the cats at Meijer, so I'd love to see another deal like that. Whee

Occasionally, I will find a no alcohol purchase hang tag on wine, but usually in Ohio, they require the booze purchase.

I fond the Corona NBPR $10.00 beef rebate at several GE's.

Another good deal this week, last day today, their bakery hamburger and hot dog rolls buy one get two free. That makes them a buck a pack, and they are good.

Where are you located? The rebate isn't for PA or OH, unless I am looking at the wrong one. Or are you using an address in a different state. Just want to make sure I'm not missing out on a rebate. Thanks.

There's a wine hang tag also for $2 back on a $4 burger purchase. I actually read about them on HCW, but another wonderful SDer sent me the Corona tp's and I'm sending her the wine tags. I hope the trend continues to give us NBPR rebates. Whee

I think I saw where the tp's were at the store last night, as there was a large cardboard stand on top of a display that said something like save up to $12. I was on my way to the register and the coupons were gone, so I just rolled past, but maybe a smaller store would still have them. Dontknow

Need some advice, please. Any opinions welcome! I printed out the target 5/30 coupons. I only have a black and white printer working at the moment. I had that along with my other competitor coupons printed out (cvs, and dollar general). This was at Giant Eagle. Anyways, the front end girl who hates coupons and is on a never ending power trip came over as the cashier is putting my coupons. She grabs the Target q and says that it is photocopied, and then tells me she is going to shred it! I told her no way, they are legit coupons. She said if it was real, the red circle would be in red....then tears it up! I asked for store manager, he wasn't in. Just the ASSistant manager was and she stood by not doing a thing.

Before I call tomorrow, I would like some advice on how to proceed.
Maybe I'm crazy, but I'm pretty sure she can not destroy my coupons that are personal property??

It is personal property only if that coupon was real, which I believe it was. If it was fake, federal law enforcement property. Either way, a cashier is not allowed to rip a coupon up whether it's real or fake. Ripping a fake counterfeit bill or coupon would be considered a federal offense since one is destroying evidence of a federal crime. When I worked in retail, small mom and pop store, there was a policy handling counterfeit money and counterfeit coupons that require one to turn in the counterfeit bill or coupon in to the manager so he or she can turn the fake in to the police.

I believe that your coupon was real so I hope that you got the store location, the name of the cashier and the manager that was on duty and file a report with CS. I hope you can get your problem resolved but the way GE's CS has been for the past year (since they implemented their new coupon policy), you're going to need some luck.

Give the store manager a chance to make this right. If she/he doesn't, escalate this to corporate and tell them if you don't get satisfaction, you are filing a police report and contacting the Attorney General's Office.

That cashier played hardball with you, and crossed a line with you. I give her my hardball reaction right back in her face!!
