SKU 466-8577 missing from invoice Special Dell Inspiron 15 7559

Hi SD , i just purchased my laptop through SD website there is some problem with it now
In the confirmation email from dell i don't see the SKU 466-8577 in the invoice.
I have seen people get declined with SKU 466-8577 i have the situation too.


I have followed every steps required in instruction and I have been successful applied rebate last month.
So I am quite worried about this problem and eager to find someone can help to explain.

per this guide, it may be helpful if you format your email as follows:

For the body of the email, please include a short description of your problem along with your rebate tracking number so we can forward this over to our rebate processor. All rebate inquiries should be sent to rebates@slickdeals.net.
it sounds like you don't have a tracking number yet, but including the merchant name and offer id in the subject is probably helpful Smilie

i wonder should I cancel the order and order again ?
yes now i have my tracking number and PM you now

O I'm sorry thank you for your help , I have asked them , they will take a look at it

Btw it will be great if rebate them got a telephone number to call

I ordered the same laptop and got stuck with the $50 rebate. Click through worked fine, got the laptop, papers, all within the timeframe for rebate eligibility. But, when my laptop arrived, neither my emails or the papers included reference the specified SKU. I emailed SD rebates directly and this was their quoted response:

"The SKU is listed on there. You should have no problem submitting your rebate with the invoice. Best"

Pathetic. It's as if the schmuck didn't even listen to or look at what I emailed in. I mailed the rebate form with all my dell invoices and the SD email response. But, I think the rebate went somewhere in Dallas, probably a non-affiliate rebate processor who could care less about a SD email reply. We'lll see what comes out of this rebate attempt, but had I known the problems with SD rebates, I would have avoided the deal.Just hoping the $50 card actually comes through at this point but not expecting it.

Hello, having the same issue, what was the outcome?
Also, which bar code is the actual UPC code? The sticker on the side?

big surprise. I received an email today saying my rebate was not approved because the indicated SKU was not shown. SD Rebates, if you folks ready this, I think you are a horrible outfit. This is my way of saying your imbeciles. I'l reply back to see what they say, but it sounds like I'm a goner for this rebate.

I asked our rebate team about this one and they said you sent something that proved the purchased so they did approve your rebate.

Thank you VERY much for your assistance. I received an email from the rebate team saying it's been approved. I'll still wait cautiously for the final outcome (rebate issuance) however some faith has been restored. I still feel as though SD Rebates has issues, perhaps in particular to this rebate since I'm not the only one having issues. However, the communicative experience has still been very negative, since I provided the papers before mailing the rebate in, having been told 'it's there', and then being denied initially. Not sure if the problem truly lies on the SD side, on the Dell side, but I appreciate the effort to make things right with me nonetheless. I will consider a SD purchase in the future that has a SD rebate, however I will be cautious before I immediately jump in like I did with this deal.

Again, mahalo for your assistance. It's appreciated greatly.
