I have one of these and love it...got it on HSN about 4 years ago..only problem was one of the legs broke from arm but my husband welded it back....my teenage son who's about 6 ft 200 lbs rides it every day like zombies are chasing him...I don't think it would have broken if it was just myself on it. It has programs for both recumbent and elliptical ..and switching back and forth only takes a flip of the pedal

Keep in mind the stride is only 15" so you may not get a very good workout if you are somewhat taller. I had a machine that had too short stride for my height and every time I worked out, my legs would feel very worn out while my body could not break a good sweat.

Nice set up!

This is a great value for a machine and is unique. We bought one after having an elliptical machine and spin bike. This hybrid trainer is a great combination of both if you aren't looking for super high intensity workouts. I'd recommend it to most people that either aren't midgets or much taller than 6'.

Proform as you may know is owned by Icon

They have one of the worst customer service and they make a killing on parts and labor as soon as it goes out of warranty.

I have a broken Proform treadmill (paid $900) in my basement..barely used it over a year..one of the biggest mistakes iv made buying this POS.

go ahead and take a chance if you like the price but trust me you wouldnt want to deal wih Icon and their $hitty products

So what's a normal stride for these? I've only ever used a couple, but never knew what the stride was on them. I'm 6'0" if that helps...
