Looks pretty slick if you're in the market for the device, not to mention it's shipped and sold by Newegg. Marshmallow is available for download out of the box, so it's fairly current software-wise as well.

Great deal. This is the true unlocked version which makes it slicker. The previous deals were for the AT&T/unlocked version.

Use Citi Pricewind or Amex Price protection, it will be on sale less than $300 in 60 days for sure.

We don't know this though. It never says it's the AT&T version, but it also never says it's unbranded. I'd bet it's the AT&T version because AT&T unloaded a bunch of their inventory for cheap and that's where all these cheap ones are coming from.

EDIT: Looks like 3G runs on 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100, not including AWS. Only the AT&T version has AWS 3G disabled, unbranded and T-Mobile version have it.

Sure it can be used over sea and land, as long as you get cellular signal.

T-mobile stopped selling it online. Wonder why? I agree with prior poster, this will be under $300 in next 60 days.

So it's confirmed to be the AT&T branded version?

does newegg charge restock fee for replacement? I got this phone a long time ago and had to return it because of the sketchy case build.
