Radioshacks are as easy to find as a blockbuster.

They moved their operation majority online. Has nothing to do with B&M

Is there that much of a diff between this one and gen 3? I think you can do Kodi on this one and basically the app store/onboard storage is the big differences?

Completely different device.

The remote has a touchpad like a Mac and an accelerometer and gyroscope like a Wiimote.

App Store has all kinds of goodies.

Siri is able to search apps. You can just say "play game of thrones season 2 episode 1" and it will open up HBO for you.

Can pair Bluetooth controllers for gaming.

If you have a Mac you can side load anything on it, no jailbreak required.

Thanks, is there much reason to get the 64gb, if I usually store most of my movies on my iphone etc?

No amazon prime video for Apple TV makes this device useless for many.

Amazon Prime Video supports AirPlay.

Pick the video on your iPad/iPhone/iPod, plays on your AppleTV.

The app store has Kodi variants, plus you can side load other variants (if you have a mac) if you don't like the ones in the app store. No jailbreak needed.

Too much work for something that should be a something that takes 2 seconds.

Roku is still king for these types of purposes.

AirPlay does take 2 seconds.

And even if you wanted to say the Roku was easier with Amazon Prime, that is "one" purpose, not "types of purposes."

Siri being able to search content within apps puts AppleTV in a whole different league than Roku.
