Like the specs, but I'm on TMo and this doesn't appear to be really frequency friendly with TMo, especially no Band 12 support.

I thought the NA model had bands 1/2/4/5/7/8/12/17. https://oneplus.net/3/specs

The spec page mentioned band 12 for the US model.

Hmmm.... specs I had looked up [phonearena.com] didn't include Band 12, only these:
800 (band 20), 850 (band 5), 900 (band 8), 1800 (band 3), 2100 (band 1), 2600 (band 7) MHz

Guess bad info.

North America model
WCDMA: Bands 1/2/4/5/8
FDD-LTE: Bands 1/2/4/5/7/8/12/17
CDMA EVDO: BC0

Supports all the main T-Mobile bands. Also supports LTE band 2 and 4 for verizon, but not 13. Not sure if Verizon will activate it or not. The activated the Moto X Pure so I don't see why not...
