Benchmarks comparing the stock 980ti to a stock 1070
http://www.anandtech.com/bench/pr...15?vs=1731
(Hint: The 1070 is faster)

here is a benchmark of the actual card posted here (non Golden edtion) comparing it against a stock 980Ti
http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/...ndex6.html
(Hint: it is faster by 10fps on average and as much as 20fps in some games)

Terrible time to buy a new card.
I don't disagree, but $370 isn't bad for a 980TI. If you already have one and are going SLI... this is a lot easier than waiting for a similarly priced 1070.

Blah blah 1080 blah blah 1070 blah blah rx 480.

Price is still good for those looking to SLI an existing.

If you don't want to wait for a 1070, jump on this deal. AMD won't have anything to compare to this.

I think this is a good deal only if you can not wait for the 1070 as it is a slightly stronger card than the 980ti according to all the benchmarks or if you want to SLI

Wont these drop below 300 once the new cards hit?

Good price if you want it today. Hard to believe the card was $200 more just a couple months ago. Personally waiting on the RX480. Seems like it will be the sweet spot.

Same here..

I think the only people buying these are people who had one and want another for SLI now
