$269.95

Thread Details

I've been watching the price of these for some time. This is an excellent garage door opener for low garage ceilings or someone who wants extra overhead space. Also very quiet since no rails, belts, chains, etc.

I know some of you will say you don't know this site/seller, but they're also an Amazon seller and rated well on Amazon. Not to mention their amazon price is higher.

This is a fathers day sale and supplies are limited.

2 for $535.95:

Problem for me since power outlet is more than six feet away from the garage door, so I will need to buy additional power module.

Also if your house is pre-wired to the center of the garage, then you have to run new wiring.

If your garage is unfinished, then it's obviously a heck of a lot easier to run new wiring and outlet.

Is there anyone here that has done a high garage door lift? I need to make my garage door go all the way up to the ceiling (15ft ceiling) so I can open the garage door while my car is up on my 4 post lift.

I got a quote from a garage door guy I saw online (CL) and he wanted $1200 parts and labor.

is there any reason I would need 2 vs 1 on a standard garage door?

thanks! just wanted to make sure I didn't need it for a one door 2 car garage. I didn't see any reason why via the specs.
