Official HEB coupon policy, from their website:

H-E-B Coupon Policy
At H-E-B, we know how important it is for you to maximize every dollar you spend with us. Coupons are a big part of that, so below we have outlined our guidelines for your convenience.

H-E-B accepts the following types of coupons:

•Manufacturer issued coupons obtained from printed publications (newspaper, FSI, magazines, etc)
•H-E-B Issued coupons
•Manufacturer-sponsored coupons (Type M coupon; has an 'M' in bottom left corner)
•Store-sponsored coupons (Type S Coupon; has an 'S' in the bottom left corner)
•Big Savings coupons (Type B coupons; has a 'B' in the bottom left corner)
•The above mentioned H-E-B issued coupons are typically
•Available at store level and typically yellow in color
•Generated by a coupon printer at the register and provided with customer receipt
•Distributed via direct mail to customer households or other printed publications
•Printable coupons with a bar code (i.e. Online or Internet coupons)

Please consider the following guidelines and limitations:

•Coupons can only be redeemed for items, brands, and sizes as specified by the requirements of the coupon.
•Only one manufacturer coupon per item is permitted.
•Combining a manufacturer issued coupon with an H-E-B issued manufacturer coupon (Type M) on the same item is not permitted
•H-E-B will combine store sponsored yellow coupons with manufacturer coupons for the same product
•One (1) manufacturer issued coupon and one (1) H-E-B issued Store-sponsored (Type S)
•One (1) manufacturer issued coupon and one (1) H-E-B issued Big Savings coupon (Type B)
•H-E-B does not double or triple coupons.
•H-E-B cannot give cash back if the face value of a coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item.
•Coupons must be presented to the cashier at time of purchase.
•Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
•The following coupons cannot be accepted:
•Expired coupons
•Competitor coupons
•Coupons without a barcode
•H-E-B accepts valid online and other printable coupons as follows:
•Online and other Printable coupons should be legible and have a bar code.
•Buy-one-get-one-free coupons (BOGOs) are accepted. (i.e. Buy X, Get X Free)
•"Free product" printable coupons are not accepted (i.e. Get X Free)
•Printable Coupons will not be accepted if they appear copied or are altered in any way. They should be printed directly from the website or email in which they were offered.
•Printable Coupons have unique serial numbers and follow an industry standard format; they are non-transferable, and should not be copied, scanned, sold, traded, or otherwise distributed.
•H-E-B reserves the right to refuse any coupon or limit quantities.

Important Information on how to Maximize your Savings at HEB!!!

Quote :
When HEB is having a Buy xx Get yy FREE, you may use a Coupon on the Item xx (the one you have to purchase in order to get the other Item(s) Free) but you CANNOT use a coupon on Item yy. HEB's yellow In-Store coupons are indeed Manufacturer Coupons, so when they scan the Yellow In-Store coupon to make one of your items free that coupon slot has already been taken and any other coupons you may try and use on the Free item will beep.

HEB's Policy on Internet Coupons thanks to easydoesit:

Here is the HEB coupon policy that my cousin received back from HEB:

Dear H-E-B Customer Relations:

Hello and thank you for contacting us at our H-E-B Web Site. We always appreciate hearing from our Friends and Customers.

Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding H-E-B accepting internet coupons. Our stores can accept internet coupons; however, they must have a clear bar code that scans for the correct amount, as this is how we determine that they are valid. There is a maximum dollar value of $10 and a limit of two of the same internet coupon. We do not accept free item internet coupons, to include buy one get one free offers, due to fraud in this area, and all internet coupons must scan to be accepted. This is not to say that all coupons found online are valid. Some times what a customer thinks is a coupon is nothing more than a statement from a supplier with a cost listed on it and this is not redeemable. Additionally, many coupons found online are for a specific participating retailer. These coupons would not be redeemable at H-E-B.

H-E-B is proud to serve you as our Customer and we will look forward to all future opportunities we may have to serve you. We genuinely value your comments and your business. As we strive to deliver superior Customer Service, we encourage you to continue letting us know how we can serve you better.

Sincerely,
xxxxx

Also, these 3 q's come out on OCTOBER 7th paper-from Jaspers preview posted in the Target thread:

Jergens $1/1 moisturizers 7.5 fl oz+ (11/10/12)
Jergens $2/1 daily moisturizer lotion 7.5 fl oz+ (11/10/12)

i liked the chicken noodle pretty well. not as "thick" as chunky brand but decent amount of chicken and with a salad on side it was filling.

I'm not the public school system, I don't need to give out gold stars or bumper stickers.

Thanks! So the $2/1 jergens should work for the lotion along with YBQ right?

Thanks so much guys! I picked up several cartons of the FREE Ready Made Soups this morning...hope these are good. I'm planning on using them for a quick after church lunch on Sundays...think they'll be good with grilled cheese sandwiches. Also was able to pick up some of the $0.50 Mama Rosa's pizzas. Not too sure about these...but for about $0.12 a pizza it's worth a try.

Was disappointed that I couldn't find the cooking spray and hawaiian rolls YQs Frown

I don't know who else here has little bitty ones, but the YQ for Children's Advil also worked beepless on the Infant Advil. There's some $2 tearpads floating around too. $0.96 for something that I need with the upcoming (and oh so very sad) teething stage.....

ok - the Jergens YQ-B that my store had said off of 2 bottles of Lotion and excluded smaller sizes as well as Trial. Cheapest bottle I found was $3.49. So $7 - $2-2-$1.75 = $1.25 for 2. Is that right or is there something better? PM me if needed Smilie Thanks yall!

Are you sure you're reading it right? Mine says $1.75 off Jergens Lotions 2-26.5 oz (Excludes Original Lotion 3 oz., Ultra Healing 3 oz.. and Trial Size 1 oz.) how is yours worded?

ok - I took that to be Two 26.5 oz bottles......since all the small bottles are excluded. Better ? - does it work with just one bottle of lotion?

Also, saw decent deal on Rico's Nacho Cheese in a Can (found by the popcorn and Chex Mix). On sale for $2/can and there is a $1YQ so $1 each. Not bad since typically $3/can.

Finally, saw potential good deal if the coupons stack properly. Combo Loco for Buy Tyson Chicken Breast or Fajita Strips GET free Rienzi Pasta (16oz) and Classico Pasta Sauce (15-24oz). Then there is a YQ for Buy Classico Marinara Red pasta sauce (24oz), get Classico Alfredo Sauce Free. Plus there is a YQ for $1/2 Rienzi Pasta (160z). So if it works, buy Tyson Grilled Chk in Green Bag and use $0.75/1 mq from recent insert. Get 2 Pasta for $0.50 total, and free Red Sauce, and free White Sauce (total $7.50 in YQs). Not bad if you are buying chicken anyway. I didnt have a chacne to try this since wasnt going home and chicken would need to go in fridge......if someone tries, please report back!

Was sick earlier this week and was all out of soup at home. When I saw this posted, I stocked up on these and with a family of five we'll easily go through these by December. Thanks for letting us know...I checked the expiration dates on mine...also Dec 2012.

I saw that broth/soup YQ and thought it was weird that they'd also do a YQ for just the soup. Anyway, my one single carton of chicken noodle was dated 2014. Doesn't matter. Having it for lunch today....

That's a great deal. I wish HEB still carried the Queso Blanco! yummy I think only WM does now. I could eat a whole bag of their Kettle popcorn in one sitting.
