Official HEB coupon policy, from their website:

H-E-B Coupon Policy
At H-E-B, we know how important it is for you to maximize every dollar you spend with us. Coupons are a big part of that, so below we have outlined our guidelines for your convenience.

H-E-B accepts the following types of coupons:

•Manufacturer issued coupons obtained from printed publications (newspaper, FSI, magazines, etc)
•H-E-B Issued coupons
•Manufacturer-sponsored coupons (Type M coupon; has an 'M' in bottom left corner)
•Store-sponsored coupons (Type S Coupon; has an 'S' in the bottom left corner)
•Big Savings coupons (Type B coupons; has a 'B' in the bottom left corner)
•The above mentioned H-E-B issued coupons are typically
•Available at store level and typically yellow in color
•Generated by a coupon printer at the register and provided with customer receipt
•Distributed via direct mail to customer households or other printed publications
•Printable coupons with a bar code (i.e. Online or Internet coupons)

Please consider the following guidelines and limitations:

•Coupons can only be redeemed for items, brands, and sizes as specified by the requirements of the coupon.
•Only one manufacturer coupon per item is permitted.
•Combining a manufacturer issued coupon with an H-E-B issued manufacturer coupon (Type M) on the same item is not permitted
•H-E-B will combine store sponsored yellow coupons with manufacturer coupons for the same product
•One (1) manufacturer issued coupon and one (1) H-E-B issued Store-sponsored (Type S)
•One (1) manufacturer issued coupon and one (1) H-E-B issued Big Savings coupon (Type B)
•H-E-B does not double or triple coupons.
•H-E-B cannot give cash back if the face value of a coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item.
•Coupons must be presented to the cashier at time of purchase.
•Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
•The following coupons cannot be accepted:
•Expired coupons
•Competitor coupons
•Coupons without a barcode
•H-E-B accepts valid online and other printable coupons as follows:
•Online and other Printable coupons should be legible and have a bar code.
•Buy-one-get-one-free coupons (BOGOs) are accepted. (i.e. Buy X, Get X Free)
•"Free product" printable coupons are not accepted (i.e. Get X Free)
•Printable Coupons will not be accepted if they appear copied or are altered in any way. They should be printed directly from the website or email in which they were offered.
•Printable Coupons have unique serial numbers and follow an industry standard format; they are non-transferable, and should not be copied, scanned, sold, traded, or otherwise distributed.
•H-E-B reserves the right to refuse any coupon or limit quantities.

Important Information on how to Maximize your Savings at HEB!!!

Quote :
When HEB is having a Buy xx Get yy FREE, you may use a Coupon on the Item xx (the one you have to purchase in order to get the other Item(s) Free) but you CANNOT use a coupon on Item yy. HEB's yellow In-Store coupons are indeed Manufacturer Coupons, so when they scan the Yellow In-Store coupon to make one of your items free that coupon slot has already been taken and any other coupons you may try and use on the Free item will beep.

HEB's Policy on Internet Coupons thanks to easydoesit:

Here is the HEB coupon policy that my cousin received back from HEB:

Dear H-E-B Customer Relations:

Hello and thank you for contacting us at our H-E-B Web Site. We always appreciate hearing from our Friends and Customers.

Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding H-E-B accepting internet coupons. Our stores can accept internet coupons; however, they must have a clear bar code that scans for the correct amount, as this is how we determine that they are valid. There is a maximum dollar value of $10 and a limit of two of the same internet coupon. We do not accept free item internet coupons, to include buy one get one free offers, due to fraud in this area, and all internet coupons must scan to be accepted. This is not to say that all coupons found online are valid. Some times what a customer thinks is a coupon is nothing more than a statement from a supplier with a cost listed on it and this is not redeemable. Additionally, many coupons found online are for a specific participating retailer. These coupons would not be redeemable at H-E-B.

H-E-B is proud to serve you as our Customer and we will look forward to all future opportunities we may have to serve you. We genuinely value your comments and your business. As we strive to deliver superior Customer Service, we encourage you to continue letting us know how we can serve you better.

Sincerely,
xxxxx

So has anyone done a BoxTops deal? Did you find any good deals?

I only saw Totino's pizza - there is the $1/5 mq and $5 grocery cash promo rebate on box. Comes out to almost free if you use 2 of the $1/5 and can do 2 rebates (didnt check fine print yet on # per address).

Needing some Juicy Juice, Grands, Yogurt, etc - but no great deal to be found Frown

Does anyone know where I can buy and Christmas in a Cup HEB Cafe Ole? I know there must be a few bags left out there somwhere...

Thanks!
Not sure where you're located but I remembered this post while at the Congress/Oltorf store (Austin). They had a whole cart near the registers and then I saw some of those small bags (trial size?) near a register by the candies and then some of the refrigerated coffee on those register refrigerators, all on clearance. I didn't check the exact flavor but it was all holiday bags.

To clarify, I am guessing you are refering to the Catilina from the current promo correct? I would use that FIRST, as it doesn't attach to any specific item. The policy is new so I think it will be a total "wait and see" but I would guess that because it doesn't attach to a specific item, you "should" be able to still use MQ on your order for specific items after applying the catilina. Again, we will have to wait and see but I think the catilin would have to be worded differently and attach differently...but then you just never know Big Grin
I asked a manager about this and it was a -not sure! She told me to try it when the cat is good and if there is a problem - ask for her. Now I have to remember to use the cat at her store!

do you have new competitors in your area? I know when the Sprouts opened near our house, the HEB started sending nearly weekly flyers in the mail. All awesome coupons too.

Can someone clarify that if you have BOGO on a product can you use a 1/1 on the product you are buying to get the free item? Example... if I have a BOGO Buy the Bic Razor get the shaving cream free, can I use a 1/1 on the Bic razor? Is that stacking coupons? TIA
