Really love John Legere and what's he's done to shake up the industry, but he's f'd this Uncarrier announcement big time. His team botched the initial roll out of the app, inadequately planned for the demand. And now has to backtrack on offering due to inadequately planning once again. Like armatures instead of astute business people. From what I've seen in the weeks coming up the offerings are going to be really weak, almost useless for the most part.

Let's turn this negative into a positive.... instead of spending money on filling our gullets with pizza and Frosty's, maybe TMo will just retire this promo and then invest the money earmarked for this promotion into continued infrastructure improvements.

Can't figure out why the cardboards Domino's distributes would be missed anyway, free or not.

Should have limited the pizzas to one per account. A family plan getting 6 or more pizzas or giving out codes for free or money was a poor calculation on their part.

placed order for 'free' pizza and when i arrived they said that they had reached their limit (apparently the coupon didnt apply somehow even though it showed up)

was told to call the customer complaint hotline on the t-mobile app...and that they would only charge me $12 instead of 20 for a medium pizza and some wings

ended up just paying for it - pizza was terrible (as i kind of expected) wings were meh
