Normal Price is $2.88/yr

Go to namecheap.com and select how many Whoisguards you need. Add them to cart and then apply the coupon "WGSPECIAL"

This coupon can also be used when renewing or purchasing a new domain.

Also can be used to extend a current domain's Whoisguard. (ie. if your whois expires July 21, 2016 after you apply this the expiration date will be July 21, 2017).

Hopefully this will be useful to some of you domain owners. Big Grin

Why not just use namesilo and always get it included at no additional cost?

Some businesses include it with cost, as kcast has said. Mine stopped doing that, so I switched registrars. And it was cheaper than my previous registrar, i.e. I got whois privacy for -$6.

I'm going to switch to them as soon as my domain expires with Namecheap. Namecheap also charges for SSL certificates when they can be made created for free: https://www.namesilo.com/Support/...rtificates.

No need to wait. Your renewal should get tacked on to end of existing term, just extending it out. I currently have about 14 domains with namecheap.com but am looking at other places, too, as they nearly bungled a renewal a while back. Otherwise they've been good.

Another endorsement for Namesilo here. They've been awesome since I switched my domains over from Godaddy a couple years ago.

Am I the only one who pronounces it Hoise Guard, and not Who Is in my head?

Namesilo looks good. Any hosting sites you guys recommend? I've only used A Small Orange.

ASO will be going downhill. Endurance International Group bought them a couple years back. It's probably in your best interests not to use services under thier umbrella.

Just about any VPN service will get you that, otherwise you are looking at a proxy server, which sort of works.

So, to get this for an existing domain, you have to transfer said domain to them? If this is so I will pass. Frown
