Even though the RX 480 is coming out at the end of the month for $200 MSRP, this is still a nice 1080p graphics card, especially for $150.

$180 - $30 MIR = $150 shipped.

Probably a nice card but it really should be 130 without rebate to be considered.

I don't know where you live but nobody on craigslist knows the value of their used goods. Most of the time they sell items heavily used for $25 less than MSRP. On top of that its used and this is new. Personally if you are going for mid range I would wait for the new 480. $50 more but use less power and is just about as powerful as a 390.

Let's see official benchmarks first. If this R9 380 provides 2/3 of RX 480 performance - then yes, $130 price tag is just fine. Then some resellers will have to overcome their greed and drop the price. Or get annihilated by RX 470 soon afterwards.

This is a blatant attempt by the retailers to get rid of these cards before the RX 480 hits store shelves. If you can wait until the RX 480 drops this card's price is guaranteed to drop even lower.

I am in need of a new card but after reading these post seems like I should wait.

I am running a ATI HD 5700 which is running not so great on Windows 10. lightroom cc keeps crashing too.

Yeah, I think since rx 480 is gonna be $200, this card is much weaker....has to be closer to $100-120, or so I'd hope....right?! If its $150 vs $200, might as well get the much more superior/new card

I used to post all kinds of stuff on craigslist new. Mice, keyboards, cameras, etc. Sold at lower prices than anywhere available online. I stopped because people kept trying to lowball the crap out of me. 25% off MRSP, they'd want 50%. 50% off, they'd want 75%. I say no haggle, they all haggle. I found out I could make more on eBay getting blasted by fees, just because I could sell my stuff at a reasonable price to start with.
