Promotion period begins at 12:00 PM Pacific Time on June 15, 2016 and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on July 24, 2016.

open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America who have a valid social security or tax ID number, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority where residing (whichever is greater), and who are not involved in any way in the business of reselling event tickets.

Upon submission of your information, you will receive one email (at the account provided during registration) in order to confirm your email address and complete your entry. You may need to check your spam folder or add [email protected] to your safe sender list. Confirmation emails will be sent only to participants who successfully complete and submit the Form during the Promotion period and emails must be confirmed no later than 11:59 PM Pacific Time on July 26, 2016. You will not be sent marketing communications unless you opt-in.

Each participant is eligible to submit up to one (1) Promotion entry per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry or number of entries submitted.

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of winner's choice of Tickets For Life ("Tickets") or a $100,000 Cash Prize ("Cash"). If winner selects Cash, Cash will be issued in the form of a check. If winner selects Tickets: The term for which winner may request tickets will be thirty (30) years to the day from the date the winner signs the winner affidavit or until death of the winner, whichever is sooner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is: One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) if winner selects Cash and up to Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000) if winner selects Tickets, subject to the number of Tickets requested each year, the price of tickets, and the fluctuation of Ticket price at the time of requesting Tickets.

Ten (10) First Place Prizes each prize consisting of one (1) VIP package to include two (2) concert tickets and a VIP experience for winner and one (1) guest, for a value of up to, but not to exceed $5,000. Concert must be selected at least sixty (60) days in advance and must be redeemed on or before December 31, 2016.

Fifty (50) Second Place Prizes each prize consisting of one (1) $500 Ticketmaster digital gift card. ARV for each Second Place prize is: Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).

One Thousand (1000) Third Place Prizes each prize consisting of one (1) $50.00 Ticketmaster digital gift card. ARV for each Third Place prize is: Fifty Dollars ($50.00).

There will be only one prize per winner.

I'm really really confused...you take the cash option its $100,000 (awesome!!!)....but if you don't take the cash you get $10,000 less for choosing tickets? Why would they penalize someone who takes tickets, doesn't that make them more money...also curious if you choose the tickets, do you get to cherry pick events before they go on sale to the general public? for example ticketmaster does super bowl, could you cherry pick awesome seats? the World Series? can you get season tickets through ticketmaster (Blues Glass seats sound awesome)?

Trying to wrap my head around why the ticket option might be worth the penalty...maybe if your tax bracket is high enough and you want to defer amount of taxes....

I'm going to assume that the $10,000 less is the ticketmaster fees! LOL. You know the ones they charge us for each and every ticket.
