Not as good a deal as last month. But given the current political situation this is about as good as its going to get.

The Smith & Wesson M&P 15 Sport II features a 16" 1-9" twist chrome lined barrel. It has a 6-Position collapsible stock. The front sight is an adjustable A2 post sight and collapsible MBUS rear sight. It features a 30+1 capacity, dust cover, and forward assist.

Let the gouging begin. Don't give this type your money.

so they increased the price by $50 due to the Orlando radical islamst terrorist attack. why give your business to someone who gouges? Kentucky Gun Company was selling the same thing for $518.34 shipped, granted you had to mail in a check. If you wanted to use a credit card, the price was $534. They are OOS now of course, but they didn't jack their prices up when a radical islamist terrorist shoots up innocent unarmed people in a night club

i know my comments have nothing to do with the gun itself, i just wanted to get that out there. this is an excellent value priced AR. i have the Sport I and haven't had a single issue with it.

that applies to every gun dealer after a tragedy, they are simply cashing in on the hysteria. Enuff said.

Bought it for $50 less last month. As far as being slick deal this is not. Why buy something when price increases? (for one reason or another)

The gun itself has been great so far. ~360 rounds of wolf steel case ammo and no issues. The retailer has been pretty good also. Shipping is flat rate and reasonable, and they ship 1-2 days after receiving payment and customer service wasn't bad over the phone.

I guess this price is still competitive with the ruger and it will probably still sell out

There is nothing wrong with slightly increasing the price. $550 is still VERY low for an AR-15 with sights and a magazine.

Of course if the seller was charging like $1000 id be up in arms but this is nothing...

OP must be new? Last call for what? This always happens after shooting attacks (price gouging). Even PSA has been raising their prices all week. Give it a few months and prices will start to creep back down.

Also you may want to fix your inaccurate description, this firearm does not have a chrome lined barrel.

While the price isn't outrageous this has been cheaper in the past and will be cheaper in the future.
Happy Shooting!

These are cheaper near black friday. IIRC they have been sold for as low as $415, but maybe it was $450. It was a couple years back. This is a little more than I would pay for a sport though cause you can get a regular one for ~800

Uh, this hardly is the case... Prices fluctuate on this greatly... $50 or less is hardly gouging... $1000 would be... stay informed.

50$ is hardly gouging..... that said, expect that as we draw closer to the election that prices get higher and supply gets smaller.

Better to buy sooner rather than later. This is still an excellent price.
