If you are happy with wireless range and don't see yourself dunking it in water, the improvement in loudness is probably not worth the upgrade I think.

Is the sound quality and battery life much better? Im happy with the loudness bc it gets pretty loud

They both have the same "claimed" battery life of 15 hours. I suspect sound quality is very similar as well.
