Judging from their website, Superfeet really takes insoles seriously.

Which ones are better Spenco or Superfeet?

realize you need to go in store and try all the sizes to find the one with the proper arch fit. it is not simple you wear size 10 shoes so you buy size 10. you may need size 12 arch and cut the top to fit your shoe. good deal for very expensive soles.

These insoles changed my life. I used to have such bad recurring back pain. Turns out I just needed decent insoles!

That said, these come in several different configurations depending on your foot's shape.

If you live near an REI, they have a thing you can stand on that will tell you which type you need.

It depends on your feet. I tried on both brands (a lot of different ones), I prefer Spenco Total Support over any Superfeet ones. Spenco Total Support is semi-rigid whereas Superfeet insoles are very rigid, they don't feel good on my feet. If you have high arch, then you'd probably prefer Superfeet, otherwise you'd probably prefer Spenco.

green is on sale too. Few years back I talked to orthopedic they just recommend green one. I've been sticking with it for standing/walking 10hours+ a day and had minimal back comfort

I use to sell these. go to a sporting goods store and try on the blues and green. Green is high arch and see how ur heel fits inside to decide on ur size. you can go up but not down. black is for sports and dress shoes. they last 6-9 months if you wear them daily

I just bought the pink ones after trying it on in store. Was definitely good to try it on but sad to see these superfeet deals on amazon now! My have to buy a second pair now. I've been wearing the ones I have for a week or so, and at first it took some time to adjust to them since my feet naturally tend to pronate I suppose. Made me walk differently and had some leg muscles tense up because of previous lack of use of those muscles. Since my feet were hurting so much before I got them, I can't say that it's helped a ton but it definitely has alievieted some of the stress I believe. I do like them a lot and am continuing use. Would recommend.

Bummer. Men's 13's are reg price.

Love the superfeet. I have high arches and these are good support. I use superfeet and "arch cookies" (felt scaphoid pads, not yummy cookies at all, in fact) that boost the arches further.

Took a few years of research, but it works great. No more pain. Check it out, talk to your doc, ask for referral to specialist.

hope that helps someone!
