Order many from them. They are legit. They won't have the stock as Amazon does. They are just the middle man as the other guy stated.

Not bad, just be aware that upgrading the RAM and the HDD to SSD is complicated. It requires taking off the keyboard:

Not exactly, you can do it from taking the bottom panel off instead. No idea why that other guy took off the keyboard, haha.

Slightly different model but the process is the same (I own this one): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HTCD93vEUE

Never remove a keyboard for upgrades. Just be happy with what you have or buy one you can remove the back.laugh out loud

Never could get the cables to work right or the keys that popped off back on. The Dell had reversed the cables and I did not notice so I put it back the way it was supposed to be and it did not work. Took four disassembly's to fix it.

Great specs on this laptop but the display is absolutely awful. I don't even consider myself especially picky about display quality and I ended up returning mine for this reason. There was NO viewing angle at which the colors weren't noticeably distorted on either the top, bottom, or sides, especially if the screen was displaying a dark image.

I almost didn't buy this laptop when I saw that first video. I'm glad I decided to look around and found out that you can go in from the bottom instead.

My last laptop had a video cable that stopped working and I had to take the top/keyboard AND the bottom off to replace the cable. Most nerve-wracking computer repair I've ever done. The worst part is that the laptop only worked for a few months after that and then it died. It was a refurb ASUS and I think the motherboard died. I sold it for parts on eBay for like $90 but it was a great laptop up until then.
