280 reviews.

20 Verified Purchase. 260 likely shills.

25% of the Verified Purchase reviews were from admitted shills.

The other 75% are very suspect-- one line reviews, reviews from people who have only reviewed this flashlight, or reviews from people who review known shilled brands.

It is not okay to overwhelm genuine reviews with an army of shills. Thumb down.

The reviews were very suspicious to me from browsing since this claim to be 1600 lumens yet most the reviews seem to be for other models or way way lower lumens

So out of curiosity after noticing all that I checked fake spot which gave it a F and 96% low quality reviews

I would thread extremely lightly on this specific products http://fakespot.com/product/hds-t...2859e763db

It's the same model with a different label. You can probably get these in bulk from China (Alibaba) , stick in your label, and sell at a premium. Throw some of these for free 5* reviews. Amazon should control these type of reviews. Look at all the no name USB-C to USB 3.0 adapters. They all look alike but vary in price.

Most of these lights will only give you about 400-600 lumens with a 18650 battery. A T6 led can theoretically go up to around 1400 lumens or so, but would require a lot of cooling. The listed lumens are generally fake :-(
But, with that said, most of these single 18650 T6 lights are very bright and well built for keeping as extra lights as backup if you can get them at a good price ($5 or less). They will heat up with long use. Also, only use quality 18650
cells as they are a lot more powerful than your standard AA/AAA cells (safety reasons).

What are the dimensions (approx) on this one? I feel as if they purposely dont show images with the flashlight in hand so you can't tell.

Scratch that. I see these guys list their dimensions.

Wow, 3800 lumens! That's about the same as my $150 Nitecore TM06!

the exaggerations on light levels are ridiculous

no kidding...3800 lumens for $3.39 is quite impressive and quite impossible.
