wish I never would have sold my old school Rockford Fosgate 100ix. Best amp(s) ever made.

I know, cool story bro

That's is a 500 watt amp @ 2 ohms and a 350 watt @ 4 ohms. Still decent deal.

Does this include everything you need for installation? (besides wires and mounting?)
Will it cause a lot of battery drain?

Drain:
Depends on the speakers. That's like asking how much water comes our of your kitchen sink. You would need to know the speaker and wire specifications and even then it would be a complicated calculation. That said, if you don't plan on shaking the neighborhood you're probably fine.

As long as you have the amp turn-on/remote wire connected correctly it won't drain the battery WITH the engine on. You still need wire and sub. 4 AWG kit for 500 watt, 2 ohm sub. Or you could get by with an 8 AWG kit if you get a 350 watt, 4 ohm sub.

You think this would be good for 4 6x8 infinity kappas? 300 watts peak and They can handle 100 watts rms. I bought another amp for my 10s but need a good amp for the kappas

I think this isn't a 4 channel amp since it's a subwoofer amp.

Nope. Like Randol said is a sub amp. Only one channel output. If you did happen to set it up, you would have to run the speakers in series and that would put it to 16 ohm. Your speakers would sound muffled at that ohm load. Just do a 4 channel amp or like a alpine mini amp. They do 45 watts @ 4 ohms. You also need to comprehend that 100 watts for a regular speaker is crazy loud.

Woops, misread. Thought it was a sub itself, didn't see "amplifier".

If someone had 4 subs they could wire each group of 2 in parallel then connect the two groups in series.

Or groups of two in series then the groups in parallel - same difference.

At least they would get more power out of
the amp.

Kinda funny the crossover is just labeled "Freq".....oh wait..... it's actually labeled "Frep"??? The misspelling is funny, but that pot could be mistaken for a variable frequency bass boost. Yeah, it's a cheap amp and there'd be no other pot for the crossover. It's obviously a crossover. But label it as such guys. OR AT LEAST SPELL CHECK YOUR ISHT!

Reading this as the sub itself would make your question even more ridiculous honestly. laugh out loud
