yeah, usually the people that comment in the thread.
Snagged a Baselink for $99. I've been interested in one of these for 10+ years, but it was too wimpy for me. Now that I'm 35 I don't need massive bass so this will be perfect.

Why does this say $499? Each deal is $99.

Anyone have experience with the BASSLINK-Z and will it work in an Audi 2013 A4 without having to customize to many things? Is it worth it?

The Infinity Basslink is meh, very underwhelming and practically unnoticeable in my old BMW 740. However, the JBL has 5-Star reviews at Crutchfield so gonna give it a try at this price. In for 1, thanks OP, repped.

Correct me if I'm wrong but one of the benefits to these basslinks are they can be fit discretely under a seat which is nice, car varies.

Does anyone know if it's possible to put one under driver and passenger seat? Or will the fact that they have built in amplifiers hinder that?

You're thinking of something different. This is way too large to fit under your seat and belongs in your trunk or behind the seat in a trucks cab.

Basslink should work fine it comes with RCA connections or a wire harness option to splice into your rear speakers. I have one of these just sitting in my room because I always had mine connected with RCA connections but lost the wire harness so couldn't connect it to my 3 recent car purchases.

was about to buy the basslink but several reviews on crutchfield say it starts popping after a few months, a common problem with the unit. probably why they have so many refurbs. also worth noting that this refurb does have a full warranty if you decide to take the plunge.

I have the basspro 12 and it is great. It sounds like it pushes way more then 150 watts.

I purchased one of these units the last time it came around. I had a lot of issues with it until it eventually just stopped working. However, Harman folks are pros. I returned for another unit and haven't had any problem since (over a year). These units put out nice bass if you don't want to rattle your dash. The mounting can be cumbersome. You have to secure with screws at the base of the unit. The ground wire pops off occasionally as well if you mount toward front of trunk. I installed in my son's Camry.

new to audio install.
Have a kicker comp 10 with amp right now, will the basspro 12 be a big upgrade over it?
