they are not Polarized Lenses. The description says incorrect information. Beware.

That may be true but raybans' quality deteriorated ever since they sold out to Luxottica. Well, to be fair, Ray Bans vary in quality depending on the model. Some are made in China while others are made in Italy. The styles with polarized lenses, photochromatic lenses, etc are of pretty high quality but the styles with basic plastic lenses are pretty shitty. The one you are looking at is NOT polarized. For that kind of money, you would be better off with a Made in USA shades. Don't you agree?

I was really liking that kickstarter page for a bit, especially all of the hate on Luxottica (what a shitty company, grrr), but how do they claim to be affordable at $89.00 with normal pricing closer to $130.00. At those prices they are charging just as much as the luxury brands they are claiming to be undercutting lol. Also, although I like some of the styles they all appear very feminine. You also really need to be able to try on a pair of sunglasses to see how they fit your face, so an online campaign with glasses you'll never get to try on until after you buy them isn't going to work for me.

I like the look of these and need a solid pair of glasses. Will I be disappointed? I got a father's day gift to cash in, so it's no real cost to me. A bit worried about the size and the lenses. Where's a good place to get fitted for these glasses? (my head is kinda big). And what's up with the plastic lenses? Will they scratch a lot, show a lot of glare, leave me frustrated, etc?

Thanks!
