I don't think this is valid in Florida because I don't see it on my account, BUT if you do live in Florida and are a Duke Energy customer, complete the easy online Home Energy Check (https://www.progress-energy.com/f...index.page) and you will receive a box containing some weather stripping, a lo-flow shower head, a couple of lo-flow faucet aerators, a couple of LED bulbs... and some other stuff that I forget. I did it recently and got my box maybe a month later.

Did they just send the kit or did you have to contact somebody??

Me thinks these are test bulbs and then they thought it would be so every kind to send them to us. I hope you have better luck and the rules of getting rid of them is just plain crazy!!!!

Yep, you're most likely right. I'll have to update....if I even receive them. There wasn't a form or anything to request a kit after doing the online review.......
