$20/month gets you live TV on various channels. What's the feedback on this? And is it $20+taxes a month? Or is it flat $20/month?

Heads up to anyone interested, they're giving a FREE Roku 2 or 50% off a Roku 3 for new subscribers who prepay 3 months in advance. www.sling.com/try14

I've been looking into it, but don't like that you can only stream on one TV at a time. And the multi-stream option doesn't have all the channels I want. FYI if you're a T-Mobile customer you get 30% off making it just $14/month. I opted for PS Vue instead since it has a lot more channels and I have 3 TVs in my house.

You can Stream upto 3 TVs or devices at same time but additional 2 devices would cost additional subscription of $5 total.

I am using Sling (which was DishTv earlier) and have no issues.. great service and you can go back upto 10 days to view programs so you dont need to worry about DVR thing.
I am using South Asian channels btw

Tell me more about PS Vue? Can you log in from anywhere that has internet, like Sling and Netflix? How many devices can be watched at the same time? Can more than one person in completely different states be logged on and watching at the same time (like Netflix)? Because I know the pricing is suppose to be dependant on region....

I live in the Dallas area so the pricing is more expensive here ($10 more to be exact) but it includes local channels. You can watch TV on up to five devices at a time but they have to be in the same network that PS vue was activated in (i.e. you can't share your login with friends). You can watch from anywhere with internet via the app for iOS devices (and Android starting next week) but I think the channel selection is limited. It works pretty well and only needs a minimum of 10mbps to run. My internet is 15mbps and I've had no streaming issues. Also, the taxes are included so the price you see is the price you pay. Right now you can only use PS vue on a PS3/PS4 or Amazon Fire TV Stick/Box, and they recently added Roku as an option too. Great way to cut cable TV service without compromising.

It depends on which plan you are on. If you are on the Blue Multi-stream plan, then yes. If you are on the Orange Single-stream original plan, then no.
